Antonio Depasquale is a practising lawyer in Malta and the founder of boutique law firm City Legal. He focuses on commercial and employment law, offering advice on legal issues and regulatory matters to businesses across the construction, property, tourism, hospitality, and retail sectors. Antonio also supports a portfolio of international clients operating in Malta.  Antonio’s personal and hands-on approach allows him to understand his clients’ objectives and to deliver clear, practical, and business-oriented legal solutions tailored to their needs from time to time

Dr. Frederick Ellul

Dr. Frederick Ellul

Dr Frederick Ellul is a seasoned professional with years of experience in Maltese residency and citizenship regulations. He is a very well-respected member of the profession and in the immigration industry. He currently also holds several non-executive directorship posts in a number of local licensed financial institutions.  

Ertan Özyardımcı

Ertan Özyardımcı graduated from Istanbul Technical University as a Naval Architect and MarineEngineer. He pursues a professional career in multi disciplinary fields such as marine equipment manufacturing, ship and yacht maintenance and supply, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing), Global Trade and Contract Consulting. He is the Chairman of the Board and 100% shareholder of Yeke Denizcilik A.S. a company based in Turkiye with investments in Malta. 

Ertan became acquainted with global trade at a very young age through his first company, which he founded during his university years. Through the professional network he established, he has worked and developed friendships in very different cultures and markets, from Singapore to Canada.Recently, he has been working as an investor and business developer in some independent multinational projects in the fields of green hydrogen, wind and photovoltaic hybrid energy, lightweight carbon fiber products, and the aerospace industry.
