Profile Overview
Hospitality professional with over 7 years of Food & Beverage experience, including more than 5 years in supervisory and management positions within busy hotel and restaurant environments.
Has managed day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting and events, with responsibility for service delivery, staffing, scheduling, inventory, departmental administration and guest satisfaction. Experienced in coordinating weddings, conferences, functions and high-volume events from initial planning through operational delivery.
Commercially aware and comfortable managing departmental budgets, labour costs, food and beverage margins, monthly forecasts and revenue targets. Has contributed to menu pricing, promotions and sales initiatives while working closely with culinary, sales, finance and senior management teams.
Experienced in staff recruitment, training, performance management and service-standard implementation, with a practical and visible leadership style. Strong understanding of food hygiene, health and safety requirements and operational controls.
