Profile Overview
Construction Project Manager with over 8 years of experience managing medium to large-scale residential, commercial and hospitality developments in Malta.
Experienced across the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, programme development, site execution, contractor coordination, cost control, quality assurance and final handover. Has successfully coordinated multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining responsibility for programme deadlines and project budgets.
Strong working knowledge of construction methods, local regulatory requirements, health and safety procedures and quality-control processes. Comfortable reviewing variations, valuations, invoices and project expenditure while identifying potential programme or cost risks at an early stage.
Known for being highly present on site, commercially aware and solutions-oriented, with a strong ability to communicate progress and challenges clearly to senior management and project stakeholders.
