Operations Manager - Hospitality

Senior hospitality operations professional with over 14 years of industry experience, including more than 8 years in senior operational leadership roles across hotels, restaurants, bars and entertainment-led hospitality operations.

Has held responsibility for the performance of multiple operating units simultaneously, leading General Managers, departmental heads and sizeable operational teams while ensuring consistency in service standards, commercial performance and regulatory compliance.

Experienced in developing and implementing group-wide operating procedures, monitoring operational KPIs, improving guest satisfaction and introducing initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and profitability. Works closely with finance leadership on annual budgeting, forecasting, labour-cost management and operational expenditure, with strong commercial awareness and experience interpreting management information to support business decisions.

Has significant experience in recruitment, leadership development, succession planning and performance management, as well as working cross-functionally with finance, sales and marketing teams to maximise revenue opportunities.

Comfortable reporting directly to ownership, CEOs and board-level stakeholders and presenting operational reports, performance analysis and strategic recommendations. Recognised as a visible, hands-on leader who balances commercial discipline with high standards of guest service.
